Our business necessitates using: (a) cloud storage and hosting providers; (b) email services providers; and (c) and payment processors such as TD Merchant Solutions. We consider these services, platforms, and applications to be integral to our delivery of products and services to you.
Your educational institution may access your Personal Information collected by us and may disclose such Personal Information to third-parties in accordance with your educational institution’s privacy policies and applicable privacy law. Your educational institution is solely responsible for such disclosures.
Under certain circumstances, Content Connections may disclose your Personal Information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).
We reserve the right to disclose Personal Information to a third party in the event that we merge with or are acquired by a third party, or as part of the negotiations leading up to such merger or acquisition. Content Connections uses appropriate safeguards to ensure that your Personal Information is protected against loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.
